"The Dark Knight Rises": large, but not when

Any one who knows this determined early 1990s Batman comics had carved out a super-villain named Bane, who broke Batman's spine, the super hero into a paralytic. However, for "The Dark Knight Rises," the target audience, this is all meaningless: Bain appeared in the book was not yet born when the group of spectators, not to look at comics.
